Kevin Conway Murder: Man Arrested

The PSNI have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Kevin Conway.

Mr Conway, aged 26, was fatally shot at his home in the Greenan area of west Belfast on Tuesday, 09 January.

The 37-year-old has been detained in custody for questioning.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Detectives investigating the murder of Kevin Conway in west Belfast on January 9th, have arrested a 37-year-old man.

"He has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite where he remains in custody for further questioning."

A 27-year-old man is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court today, Monday, 29 January, charged with the murder of Kevin Conway. The man was arrested in west Belfast on 09 January, by detectives investigating the murder. Police have said that as is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Man Charged With Kevin Conway Murder
Detectives from the PSNI Serious Crime Branch have charged a 45-year-old man who was arrested in England on Monday with a murder in County Armagh 15 years ago. The man was charged with the murder of 30-year-old Kevin Conway, who was found shot at Soldierstown Road, Aghalee, in February 1998.
