Teen Sustains Facial Injuries During Bottle Assault In Belfast
A teenager has sustained serious facial injuries after he was hit by a bottle in a nightclub in Belfast city centre.
Police are appealing for witnesses in connection with the incident which happened in the early hours of Sunday, 06 October.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “It was reported that, between 12.30am and 1am, a 19-year-old man was hit in the face by a bottle during an altercation inside a nightclub on Patterson’s Place.
“The victim sustained serious facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where he received multiple stitches.
“Our inquiries are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything, or who may have video footage of the altercation, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 638 of 08/10/24.”

A man in his 20s has sustained facial injuries after being assaulted in south Belfast. The attack happened at the junction of Broadway Parade and Broadway on Monday, 08 August. Two men are believed to have been involved. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am after a male pedestrian was struck by a maroon Mazda. Despite being injured, the pedestrian left the area before police arrived.

The 18-year-old victim was found lying unconscious on the ground by police. He is currently being treated in hospital.

Man Seriously Attacked In Armagh
A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a serious attack in Armagh. A 20-year-old man was assaulted in the Millford area off the Monaghan Road on Sunday. He remains in a serious condition in hospital after suffering a number of head and facial injuries.
