Appeal Following Arson Attack In Comber

Police are appealing for information following an arson attack in the Glen Road area of Comber on Thursday morning.

Shortly after 11am, police received a report of a van that had been completely destroyed by fire in the early hours of the morning.

Initial investigations suggest that two individuals, wearing hoods and face coverings, entered the business site around 2am and set the van alight. Minor damage was also caused to the side of the building. The suspects then fled the scene on foot in the direction of a nearby field.

Enquiries are ongoing to determine the motive and police are appealing to anyone with any information or dash-cam footage that could assist the investigation to get in touch on 101 quoting reference number 558 09/01/24.

Appeal Following Arson Attack In South Belfast
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following an arson attack at a property in south Belfast. At approximately 10.20pm on Saturday, 13 April, police received a report of a fire at a house in the Kilburn Street area. Appeal Following Arson Attack In North Belfast
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a fire at a property in north Belfast on the evening of Tuesday 2nd July. At approximately 10.10pm police received a report that four masked men had broken a window and thrown a petrol bomb inside a flat in the Cliftonpark Avenue area.

Appeal Following Arson Attack In L'Derry
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a serious arson attack in the Clon Dara area of L'Derry on Saturday, 23 November. Shortly before 8.20pm, police received a report that an accelerant had been used to ignite the front door and letterbox of a house in the area.

Police Appeal Following Arson Attack On Car In L'Derry
Police are appealing for information following an arson attack on a car in Co L'Derry. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of a house in the Temple Park area at around 12.30am on Sunday, 04 December. The car was destroyed and damage was also caused to the house. A woman and her three children who were in the house at the time were not injured.

Police Appeal Following Suspected Arson Attack In L'Derry
Police have launched an investigation following a suspected arson attack in L'Derry. The incident occurred in the Liscloon Drive area on Saturday. A passing police patrol noticed a fire at a shed at around 6.30am. The Fire Service were alerted and put the blaze out.
