Four internationals missing from Ulster squad
Ulster coach Mark McCall will be without his Irish international contingent ahead of this Friday's pre-season friendly against Rotherham.
David Humphreys, Kevin Maggs, Tyrone Howe and Simon Best miss Friday's game, as well the first month of the Celtic League campaign, because of their Ireland commitments.
However, this loss has opened the door for newcomers Campbell Feather, Andrew Trimble and Michael McComish who are all likely to feature at some point in Friday's match in Sheffield.
New Zealander Campbell Feather transferred to Ulster Rugby from The Borders in Scotland on a two-year deal, while 19-year-old Andrew Trimble has taken up a development contact with the squad. Michael McComish is on a training contract with the team for the summer.
The Ulster squad is:
Forwards: Rod Moore, Paul Shields, Ronan McCormack, Bryan Young, Simon Shawe, Paul Shields, Nigel Brady, Matt Mustchin, Gary Longwell, Tim Barker, Rowan Frost, Neil Best, Campbell Feather, Neil McMillan, Andy Ward, Michael McComish.
Backs: Kieran Campbell, Neil Doak, Paddy Wallace, Adam Larkin, Shane Stewart, Seamus Mallon, James Topping, Andrew Maxwell, Bryn Cunningham, Andrew Trimble.

UUP leader's wife to stand in Lagan Valley
The wife of Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble is set to stand as a UUP candidate for Lagan Valley. Daphne Trimble said she wanted to contest the seat, which is currently held by former UUP stalwart Jeffrey Donaldson, because it was a traditional "Ulster Unionist seat and the people have always been represented by Ulster Unionists".

Communities Minister Gordon Lyons has praised the engineering heritage of Northern Ireland during a recent visit to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. A particular highlight of the visit was the Ferguson Black Tractor, a groundbreaking piece of machinery that revolutionised agriculture worldwide.

'Nevin Spence Centre' Planned For Ravenhill
A new education and heritage centre being built at Ulster Rugby's Ravenhill stadium is to be named after the late Nevin Spence, who died in a farming accident along with his brother Graham and father Noel in September last year. The centre is part of a £14.7m redevelopment of the ground and will be called 'The Nevin Spence Centre'.
