DUP MLA Condemns Brendan McFarlane Tribute

North Belfast DUP MLA Phillip Brett has condemned a tribute to IRA terrorist Brendan 'Bik' McFarlane at Féile an Phobail, describing it as "deeply offensive to victims and their families."
