Belfast 'makes the right connection'
Belfast looks set to 'make its connection' with adult learning following the launch of the 2004 Belfast City Events Guide.
The 'Make the Right Connection' Events Guide, produced by EGSA in partnership with Belfast City Council and Belfast Learning City Forum, has been developed to specifically meet the needs of Northern Ireland's learning supporters, providers and adult learners.
Launching the guide, Councillor Chris McGimpsey said: "Belfast City Council has continued to give a commitment to advance lifelong learning within the city of Belfast.
"Since 1999 we have fully supported the Learning City Forum as a vehicle to promote collaboration in the provision of learning opportunities in the city.
"We are therefore delighted to have sponsored the development of the 2004 Events Guide, in partnership with EGSA, and are thrilled to see such a wide range of learning opportunities on offer throughout the city."
Over 125,000 copies of the Guide will be distributed throughout Belfast later this month in what is its fourth edition.
