Police issue separate missing person appeals
Police in west Belfast are appealing for information concerning the disappearance of a teenager who has not been seen since August 4.
Martin Begley, 15, was last seen in the Somerton Road area of the city shortly before midnight.
He is described as being 5'8" in height, of slim build, dark hair and swarthy complexion. He was wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms, black t-shirt and white trainers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at Tennent Street police station on 028 9065 0222.
Elsewhere, police in Coleraine are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen on August 3.
Louise Elizabeth Shiels went missing from her home in Garvagh, in Co Derry, at around 11am, however she has since been in contact with her family by letter and is believed to have been seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in the Cork area in recent days.
She is described as 5`2" tall, of slim build, with long blonde hair, blue eyes, and when last seen was wearing a pink baseball cap, navy jogging bottoms, a navy jumper, a grey and purple fleece, and trainers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on Coleraine 028 7034 4122.

Police have renewed their appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of missing County Tyrone man Shane Kelly. Shane left his home in Strabane six days ago, on Tuesday 27 August, and has not been seen since or made any contact with his friends or family. Police said his loved ones are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

He is believed to be in the Belfast area, according to police. Anyone with any information about Conor or his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
