B4B gets to grips with the Euro at annual AGM
Northern Ireland’s Business Networking Forum, B4B’s 2nd Annual General Meeting is getting off to a great start when members take part in the seminar, “Trading in Euro and Sterling? How to make it work for you” at the Ulster Museum in Belfast next week.
The event, sponsored by Northern Bank and Tradelinks, brings members together to discuss how the exchange rate can affect cross-border trade and provides an opportunity to network before the AGM.
Guest speaker at the event, Aran Shawcross from Northern Bank said: “I am delighted to be speaking at this event especially as B4B are hosting their 2nd Annual General Meeting.
“I hope to take this opportunity to advise local businesses on the exchange rate and offer guidance on how to manage exchange rate risk and protect against adverse movements in the exchange rates.”
Speaking ahead of the event, Jack McComisky, Chair of B4B said: “At B4B we recognise that networking is essential to the growth of any business, and we provide a relaxed environment where you can meet and develop business with people who are as enthusiastic about growing their business as you.
“We are pleased to welcome members back for our 2nd Annual General Meeting and look forward to another successful year of building business-to-business relationships.”
The event takes place on Tuesday 1st November at 6pm.
