Fans visit Best graveside
Hundreds of people have visited the grave of football legend George Best who was buried in Roselawn Cemetery on Saturday.
Visitors to the cemetery on Sunday viewed the hundreds of wreaths and mementoes left in honour of the 59-year-old star.
Among the tributes were those from Elton John, Van Morrison, Mickey Rourke, Prime Minster Tony Blair, and Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern.
Areas nearby the grave were roped-off to prevent the public from trampling on neighbouring graves.
Around 100,000 lined the streets of Belfast and Stormont for Saturday's funeral service which was also broadcast live on BBC, ITV and Sky.
As the cortege made its way through the streets people applauded and some threw flowers and football scarves onto the hearse as it passed.
The grounds of Stormont were filled with over 30,000 who braved the rain to attend the funeral.
A lone piper played as the coffin was taken into the Great Hall for the service which was relayed via big screen and loudspeakers to the crowd in the grounds outside.
During the emotional service George Best's son Calum read a short poem in tribute to his father, and eulogies were given by television presenter Eamonn Holmes, former Manchester United colleague Denis Law.

Plans for Best memorial underway
Plans to build a permanent memorial to honour the late George Best are expected to be given the go ahead at a council meeting tonight. Although Councillors have already given their support for a statue or sculpture to be erected, the proposal must gain approval at the authority's monthly meeting. The memorial is expected to cost around £100,000.
