Man to appear in court on robbery charges

An 18-year-old man is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court today charged with attempted armed robbery and conspiracy to rob a cash delivery van.

The charges relate to an incident, which occurred on November 24, 2005, outside a store on the Shore Road in Newtownabbey.

A man is to appear in court on Wednesday in connection with the burglary of a house in Co Armagh last week. The accused has been charged with aggravated burglary in relation to the break-in at the house near Loughgall on 9 November and is due to appear before magistrates in Newry.

Man To Appear In Court Charged With Robbery In North Belfast
A man is to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court today, 19 April, charged with a robbery at an off-licence in north Belfast. The incident happened at premises on the Crumlin Road at around 7.35pm on Sunday. The man, armed with a knife, threatened staff and made off with a quantity of cigarettes and alcohol.

Man to appear in court following Lisburn robbery
An 18-year-old man is due to appear in Lisburn Magistrates Court today, charged with robbery and grievous bodily harm. The charge is believed to be in relation to an incident in the Benson Street area of the town yesterday afternoon, when a woman was assaulted and robbed.

Ex-Employee Denies Part In Northern Bank Robbery
An ex-employee of the Northern Bank branch robbed in 2004 has pleaded not guilty to being involved in the infamous raid. Chris Ward, 24, from Colinmill, Poleglass, denies involvement in the robbery at the bank's Donegal Square West branch in Belfast, on 19 December 2004.
