Bishop supports Dorrian appeal
A Church of Ireland Bishop is the latest figure to make an appeal in the campaign to find the body of missing 25-year-old Lisa Dorrian.
The Right Reverend Harold Miller, Bishop of Down and Dromore, has made a plea urging anyone with information which may be of use to police to come forward.
He said: "At the beginning of a New Year, the whole sense of her loss has been greatly heightened. We can only imagine how her family must be feeling.
"People in the community who have any details of her disappearance must come forward.
"It is morally unacceptable to leave a family not knowing where their loved one is to be found. I appeal, in God's name, to everyone who can help in any way to do so now in a very focused way in these weeks leading up to the first anniversary of Lisa's disappearance."
Lisa Dorrian was last seen in February last year at a party in Ballyhalbert Caravan Park in County Down.
Despite heartfelt pleas from her family, her body has never been recovered.
