Two questioned after discovery of body
Two people have been arrested following the discovery of a man's body in north Belfast.
The pair were arrested yesterday afternoon and are currently being questioned in connection with the death.
A police spokesperson has confirmed the death is being treated as suspicious.
The body was discovered at a house on the Oldpark Road in the north of the city at around 11am yesterday.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Meanwhile, police in Londonderry have appealed for information following the discovery of the body of an elderly man in the city last night.
The body was found in the Buncrana Road in Pennyburn just before 10pm and police have appealed for assistance in identifying the man.
He has been described as having white receding hair, and was wearing black Umbro trainers, blue jeans, a brown T-shirt with a blue fleece over it and a grey zip-up jacket.
He was also wearing a silver ring on one finger.
Police have said that at this stage, the death is not being treated as suspicious and have asked for anyone who fits the description, who did not return home last night or did not arrive at their usual location this morning, to contact them at Strand Road Station on 0845 600 8000 or on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Man's Body Recovered From Bangor Marina
Police have launched an investigation after the body of a man was recovered from Bangor Marina on Wednesday, 13 May. Police received a report that a man had entered the water shortly after 10.15am. Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Police arrest man in connection with Dromore death
A man has been arrested in connection with the suspicious death in March of a teenager in Dromore, Country Tyrone. The body of the fifteen-year-old boy was found on the evening of 2 March in a house in Fairview Gardens in the town, and the boy was later identified as Niall Breen.
