Woman dies in County Derry crash
A woman has died following a road traffic collision in County Londonderry.
The victim, who has not been named, is confirmed as being 40 years old and from the Coleraine area.
She died yesterday after the car in which she was travelling, was in collision with a Transit van in the Cromore Road area of Portstewart just before 3.30pm.
There are no further details.
A total of 83 people have died on Northern Ireland's roads so far this year.
Police have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the crash, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Victim Of Fatal Road Collision In Co Antrim Named
The victim of a fatal road crash in Crumlin, Co Antrim, has been named as Emmanuel Caddell, police have confirmed. Mr Caddell, 22, died following the two-vehicle collision involving a car and a lorry on Monday, 10 April. The incident happened on the Manse Road at around 10.50am. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Woman Killed In Co Armagh Road Collision
A woman in her 30s has been killed in a road crash in Portadown, Co Armagh. The woman was hit by a car as she was walking on the side of the Moy Road at around 9.45pm on Tuesday. The road was closed for a short time but it has been reopened. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
