Cars vandalised in County Down

Detectives in North Down have appealed for information after a number of vehicles were damaged in the early hours of this morning.

At around 12.30am, police received reports of a number of cars being vandalised in the Church Street area of Bangor.

Six cars in total were damaged – a Renault Laguna sustained damage to its near-side wing mirror, a Vauxhall Corsa had damage caused to its far-side wing mirror and it's rear windscreen wiper.

A Ford Ka, a Ford Fiesta and a Renault Clio also had wing mirrors broken, while a Volkswagen Golf was also damaged.

Police have asked for anyone who may have witnessed the criminal damage taking place or have any information on those responsible for carrying it out, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

15 Cars Damaged In Belfast Holylands Disorder
Police are appealing for witnesses following a night of disorder which left 15 cars damaged in the Holylands area of Belfast last night. Wing mirrors were ripped off vehicles and windscreens were smashed in the vandalism that occurred between 5pm on Monday 21 January and 8am on Tuesday 22.

Number Of Cars Damaged Overnight In L'Derry
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after a number of cars were damaged in the Ballymagroarty area of Londonderry overnight. It was reported that sometime during the early hours of the morning on Monday 13 August, the rear windows of nine cars parked in the Swift Court, Dunluce Court, Sheelin Park and Rafferty Close areas were smashed.

Appeal For Missing Man Following Car Crash
Police have appealed for help in tracing a man who has gone missing after being involved in a car crash. According to police, 22-year-old Connor O'Kane was involved in a crash at Draperstown Road in Tobermore at about 01:00 on Monday. However, Mr O'Kane was not at the scene when police arrived.

Three Cars Damaged In Petrol Bomb Attack
Three cars have been targeted in a petrol-bomb attack in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Norglen Drive area at around 3am on Monday, 06 February. Police attended the scene and said the damage was caused by petrol bombs.

Appeal After Cars Damaged In Hospital Carpark
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a number of cars were damaged on the grounds of of a hospital on the Lisburn Road on the evening of Friday, 5th July. Making the appeal, Inspector McCrum said: "A report was received shortly after 10pm that the windscreens of up to 11 vehicles parked in the area had been broken.
