Police investigate 'sudden death' of local man
Police are appealing for information after the body of a local man was discovered this morning in Belfast.
A resident found the man’s body at Killaney Avenue in the Old Warren Estate, near maisonettes.
Police are investigating a sudden death and have asked for anyone who has information, or who was in the area between 9pm last night and 11am this morning to contact them.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Man's Body Recovered From Bangor Marina
Police have launched an investigation after the body of a man was recovered from Bangor Marina on Wednesday, 13 May. Police received a report that a man had entered the water shortly after 10.15am. Emergency services and police attended the scene and the body was recovered from the water. Police are not treating the death as suspicious.

Murder Investigation Launched After Man's Body Found In Lurgan
Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was found dead at a house in Lurgan. Paul Gerard Curran's body was found in the Manor Drive area at around 2.50pm on Thursday, 09 March. He was 29-years-old. A post mortem examination is to be carried out to determine the cause of death.

Teenager Arrested After Two Police Officers Injured In Belfast
A 16-year-old girl has been arrested after two police officers were injured as trouble flared in Belfast overnight. Petrol bombs and masonry were thrown at the officers in the Woodvale Road area at around 12.50am on Wednesday. No petrol bombs made contact, however two police officers were injured after bottles were thrown at them.
