Part of Odyssey complex to be sold

The long-term lease to the Odyssey Pavilion is being bought over by property consortium Alburn Holdings.

The owner of the Sheridan Group, Peter Curistan, said they were finalising a deal for negotiations for the lease of the complex which includes cinemas, restaurants and bars.

Mr Curistan said the sale would release a large amount of equity for new developments, which could include the Belfast Stadium project at Ormeau Park.

The Tannery Buildings in King Street forms part of the sale which is being sold for about £110 million.
