Part of Odyssey complex to be sold
The long-term lease to the Odyssey Pavilion is being bought over by property consortium Alburn Holdings.
The owner of the Sheridan Group, Peter Curistan, said they were finalising a deal for negotiations for the lease of the complex which includes cinemas, restaurants and bars.
Mr Curistan said the sale would release a large amount of equity for new developments, which could include the Belfast Stadium project at Ormeau Park.
The Tannery Buildings in King Street forms part of the sale which is being sold for about £110 million.

£150,000 Bridge Project To Start In Co Tyrone
Transport NI and contractors FP McCann are to begin a £150,000 bridge strengthening and widening project in County Tyrone. The work, at Ballnamullan Bridge, Farmhill Road, Killyclogher, includes precast extensions to the existing narrow masonry arch bridge that currently forms a constriction for vehicles using the Farmhill Road.
