Three NI Men In Thai Air Crash
The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that a Derry man is among those who died in yesterday's plane crash in Phuket, Thailand.
Former student Aaron Toland, 22, boarded the flight accompanied with his friend Christopher Cooley, also in his 20s. Mr Cooley is being treated in intensive care in hospital.
Ashley Harrow from Moira, Craigavon, was also injured in the crash but it is believed he is recovering well.
A total of 89 passengers are now feared dead when the plane crashed on landing in bad weather at Phuket Airport yesterday. There were 123 passengers and seven crew on board the flight from Bangkok when it crashed.
The British Ambassador in Thailand, Quinton Quayle, told reporters that he believed that several Britons had been among those killed in the crash.

Plane Crash Body To Arrive Home
The body of the Londonderry man killed in Sunday's plane crash in Phuket will arrive home this week. Aaron Toland's body will be flown into Dublin airport this Friday, before making the journey to Derry. It is understood details of funeral arrangements will be released shortly.

Two People Killed In Offaly Plane Crash Named
Two people killed in a plane crash in Co Offaly have been named as pilot Niall Bowditch and seven year old Kacper Kacprzak. Mr Bowditch was believed to be in his 40s, and from Staffordshire, England. It is thought Kacper was the son of a Polish national living in Dublin. The plane took off from Clonbullogue Airfield on Sunday, 13 May.
