Derry City Airport launch new website
The City of Derry Airport has launched their own website this week, providing the public with all the latest information they require about the airport and the most up to date news for the North West region.
The website www.cityofderryairport.com provides updated information on flight departures and arrivals at the airport as well as information on connection flights to many European and world destinations via the hub airports at London Stansted and Dublin.
The website also provides information on all airport facilities including the Airport Information Desk, shopping and catering facilities, the airport conference room for business travellers, car hire and bureau de change.
The newly elected chairperson of the Airport Committee at Derry City Council, Councillor Gerard Diver said he was very impressed with the new website.
“The City of Derry Airport website is very informative and user friendly. It provides all the necessary information required for anyone wishing to fly in or out of the airport. Travellers to the city can not only find out about the airport’s facilities, but they can book car hire and find out where to stay and eat in the city by simply logging on.
“The newly designed website aims to provide visitors will accurate, up-to-date information on flight departures, arrivals and facilities as well as events that are happening within the region,” he added.
