Allied Surveyors open office in Enniskillen
Allied Surveyors have opened a new office in Enniskillen that in conjunction with the firm's five other offices will give blanket coverage of the whole of Northern Ireland.
The company, which has experienced dramatic growth over recent years in Northern Ireland, specialises in providing high-quality, cost-effective property advice throughout the UK.
The decision to expand coverage in Northern Ireland follows an increase in the number of instructions in the area over recent months and the desire to give a greater personal service to clients.
The office, which is the only one in the western province that is part of a national surveying firm, will be run by Michael Leslie and Niall Smyth and will operate in conjunction with Smyth Leslie & Co estate agency. This will enable the partners to offer a dual residential and surveying operation.
Mr Leslie said: “We are delighted to be able to open this office in the west of the province where there is a very active property market.
“We offer our clients the surveying services of a national firm - but we also have the advantage of local knowledge and the ability to offer cross community coverage.”
The Enniskillen office follows the opening of an Allied Surveyors office in Londonderry last year. Other firm also has offices in Belfast, Holywood, Portadown and Coleraine.
Brian Patterson, Allied Surveyors’ Director for Northern Ireland said: “With the opening of the Enniskillen office, Allied Surveyors is the first national surveying team to extend its network of coverage to the whole of Northern Ireland.
Mr Patterson said that it was essential to offer clients easy access to surveyors who not only had a national level of expertise but also had local knowledge.
Established in 1991, Allied Surveyors is one of the UK’s largest firms of chartered surveyors specialising in the survey and valuation of residential property.
Last year, the company was identified by Deloitte and Touche and the Independent on Sunday as being in the top 30 fastest growing companies in the UK.
The company have 300 chartered surveyors who work out of 160 locations across the UK.

London remains the world's most expensive city to rent office space, with average annual occupancy costs of around £1,072 per square metre. International property consultants Healey & Baker looked at 45 countries around the world, analysing the total costs of occupying office space in 100 locations.
