Lubbock's Dad Appeals
Years after a coroner recorded an open verdict into his death, the father of a man who died at Michael Barrymore's home in 2001 has said he hoped the anniversary might prompt someone to come forward. Stuart Lubbock, 31, was found dead at the entertainer's former property in Roydon, Essex. No-one has been charged over his death and police said they believed someone knows what happened. Post-mortem tests showed Mr Lubbock had suffered severe internal injuries which indicated sexual assault. His bloodstream contained ecstasy, cocaine and alcohol. This week, Terry Lubbock, of Harlow, said: "The only way anything is going to happen now is if somebody comes forward."
Jailed Bigamist Sentenced
A twice-married man who is already serving a prison sentence has been jailed for another nine months after admitting bigamy. Dean Mills, 38, from Denbigh, married for the third time in Llandudno last June, but Mold Crown Court heard he was still married to his second wife. He is currently serving two-and-a-half years for other offences, but his latest sentence will run concurrently.
Child Drowns In Florida
A two-year-old boy from Denbighshire has drowned in a swimming pool while on holiday in Florida with his family. Thomas Edwards, from Llandegla, was pronounced dead at the Heart of Florida hospital despite efforts by doctors and an ambulance crew to revive him. The Sheriff's Office said the cause appeared to be accidental drowning.

Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson and his former politician wife, Iris have been exposed as purchasing a small parcel of land close to their home in 2006 from a now deceased developer for £5, a figure that did not represent its true value, the BBC has claimed. According to the BBC report, the land could have been worth anything up to £75,000, given it was positioned beside the Fort Road, Castlereagh and the land would have provided access to further space behind the Robinsons' Gransha Road home, which was marked for extensive housing development.

No prosecution for Barrymore
Television personality Michael Barrymore will not face a private prosecution over the death of a man at his home five years ago. At Southend Magistrates' Court today, a district judge blocked the private prosecution, relating to the death of Stuart Lubbock, ruling that there was insufficient evidence.

Compensation For Stuart Lubbock's Father
The father of Stuart Lubbock, who was found dead in a swimming pool in the former home of entertainer Michael Barrymore, has been awarded £6,800 in criminal injuries compensation over the death. Terry Lubbock will also receive £1,300 for funeral costs.

Three people, including Michael Barrymore, have been arrested in connection with the death of Stuart Lubbock, the man found dead in a swimming pool at the entertainer's former home. Essex Police confirmed that the men - Barrymore and two men aged 37 and 32 - have been arrested on suspicion of murder and serious sexual assault.

Entertainer Michael Barrymore will not face charges over the death of Stuart Lubbock, according to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Essex CPS said in a statement it had advised the police that no one should be charged over Mr Lubbock's death.
