Suspected Chemical Suicide In Putney
Police in London have resumed their investigation into the deaths of two women.
The bodies of two females, in their 20s, were found in a flat in Putney on Thursday.
The deaths are being treated as a suspected chemical suicide.
The scene is completely sealed off and a sign warns of a "health hazard".
The identities of the deceased women have not yet been released but it is understood the owner of the property originates from Somalia.
A neighbour claimed she was a loner who was obsessed with suicide.
The deaths come ten days after a man and woman were found in a car in Essex.
The tragedy is thought to be the first chemical suicide of its kind in Britain.

Inquest Opens On Strangled Pregnant Bride
An inquest into the death of a pregnant newlywed who was found strangled in 2008 has begun. Kuldeep Kaur Sidhu was found strangled, hanged and burned alongside a fake suicide note accusing her husband of having an affair. She was discovered half naked with a rope around her neck following a fire at her home in Birmingham in May 2008.

Hunt for four suspected suicide bombers continues
A hunt is underway for four suspected suicide bombers who attempted to set off four explosive devices on three London Tube trains and a bus. Police are examining evidence at each of the sites, streets were cordoned off and stations were evacuated. No-one was seriously hurt in the incident.

Suicide rate falls to new low
A report on the suicide rate for young men in England has revealed that the rate is continuing to fall. The report revealed that the suicide rate in the three-year period from 2002 to 2004 was 8.56 deaths per 100,000 of the population. This is a reduction of 6.6% from the 1995 to 1997 figure of 9.2 deaths per 100,000.

Resignation Call On Menezes Killing Verdict
Pressure is mounting on Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair to resign over the shooting of innocent Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes. The force broke health and safety laws when officers pursued Mr Menezes to a Tube station and shot him seven times, mistaking him for a terror suspect.
