Wales Votes Yes For Change
Wales have backed change and voted yes in the referendum.
It was announced that all 22 counties voted yes except Monmouthshire.
The decision will direct law-making powers for the Assembly in 20 devolved areas, such as health and education.
The result revealed that 517,132 voted Yes, and 297,380 opted for the No vote - a 63.5% to 36.5% margin.
Carwyn Jones, the Welsh First Minister said: "Today an old nation came of age."
Kirsty Williams, Welsh Liberal Democrat leader said: "The campaign has exposed widespread dissatisfaction with the performance of the Welsh government which has presided over Wales becoming the poorest part of the UK, with standards in our schools and hospitals slipping behind England and Scotland".
