Concern For Missing Elderly Woman

Police are appealing for information over the whereabouts of a vulnerable 75-year-old woman who has been missing from her home address in Balham since 16 April. Miroslawa Kristina Hill, a Polish national who speaks both Polish and English, was last seen walking towards Clapham South Underground Station at around 11.30hrs. Mrs Hill, who suffers from dementia, is slim, wears glasses and was wearing a white sun hat, a beige jacket, a black dress, black tights and black shoes when she left her home. Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her safety and ask that anyone who has information that might assist in locating her calls Wandsworth police.

Third Man Charged Following Stockwell Shooting

A third man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Stockwell in which a 5 year-old girl was shot in the chest and a 35 year-old man was shot in the face. Nathaniel Grant, 20, of Camberwell New Road, south east London, was charged on Friday, 15 April, with attempted murder. He appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court 10am on Saturday 16 April. A 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy have also appeared in court. Anthony McCalla, 19, of Oakdale Road south west London appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on 2 April. He was charged with attempted murder and remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 10 June. Kazeem Kolawole, 18, of Black Prince Road, south east London was also charged with attempted murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 10 June. On 1 April a 14-year-old boy was arrested in south London on suspicion of attempted murder and taken to a south London police station. He was later bailed to return later pending further inquiries. A 17-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on 3 April. He has since been bailed until a later date in April.

Man Charged With Clapham Murder

A man has been charged with the murder of Isaiah Bovell, 21, on 14 April. Raymond Andes, 39, of Plummer Road, south west London appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on 16 April. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow. A 27-year-old woman has been released with no further action. Police were called at approximately 11:15hrs on Thursday 14 April following reports of a man shot. London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and found the man suffering a gunshot wound to the head. He was confirmed dead at the scene. An incident room has been opened under DCI Gordon Allison (Trident).

Man Remanded Over Mother-To-Be Stabbing
A man has been remanded in custody today, accused of the murder of a pregnant woman who was stabbed to death on her way to work. Alan McMullan, 53, appeared at Grimsby Magistrates' Court accused of killing 21-year-old Claire Wilson on Pasture Street, Grimsby, on Sunday afternoon.

Two more arrested over teenager's murder
Two more teenagers have been arrested in connection with the murder of London teenager Paul Erhahon. The pair, aged 15 and 18, were arrested in east London on Tuesday morning. Paul died after being attacked and stabbed outside a block of flats in Leytonstone on April 6. His 15-year-old friend was also stabbed but survived the attack.

25-Year-Old Charged With Murder And Mosque Explosions
A 25-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the "terrorist-realted" murder of an 82-year-old Muslim in Birmingham in April. Ukranian Pavlo Lapshyn is also facing charges in connection with three explosions near mosques in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Tipton.

Second teen charged with boy's murder
A second teenager has been charged with the murder of 14-year-old Paul Erhahon in east London last Friday. Paul died after being attacked and stabbed outside a block of flats in Leytonstone on April 6. His 15-year-old friend was also stabbed but survived the attack, remains in a stable condition in hospital.

British man arrested on rape charge in Thailand
A British man wanted in connection with the alleged rape of an eight-year-old girl has been arrested in Thailand. Sean McMahon, 45, was arrested by police in Bangkok following a request by the British embassy. He had been working as an English teacher in the capital.
