Five Charges Following Royal Wedding
Following 55 arrests on Friday during the Royal Wedding, five people have been charged.
John Dobson, 32, from Lancashire has been charged with going equipped to cause criminal damage.
Terry Butts, 26, from Surrey was charged with a racially aggravated offence under the Public Order Act.
Piotr Domzala, 33, from Aughnacloy, Co Tyrone was charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
Dean Hall, 31, from north London was charged with an offence under Section 5 of the Public Order Act.
Kieron Sinnot, 26, from south east London was charged with common assault.
Those charged will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court between 6 – 18 May.
The 55 arrests include: one person arrested on suspicion of GBH who remains in custody at a south London police station; three were arrested on suspicion of being wanted and are in custody; three people have been bailed pending further enquiries; eight people were cautioned and 37 people were released without further action.

Royal reporter suspended over phone-tapping allegations
The News of the World has suspended its royal editor Clive Goodman, following his arrest over allegations of mobile phone hacking. Mr Goodman, 48, from Putney, south London, is due to appear in court next week, charged with conspiring to intercept voicemail messages and intercepting voicemail messages.

Man Jailed For Attempted Murder Of Pc
A south London man has been jailed for 25 years for tying to shoot a policeman. Michael Mitchell, 32, of Babington Road, Streatham, was convicted of attempting to murder Pc Shaun Callow, possession of a firearm and possession of drugs with intent to supply.

Arrests Made Over Fatal Stabbing
Three men have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a teenager in east London earlier this year. Godwin Lawson, a 17-year-old footballer from Enfield, north London, died after he was stabbed in Stamford Hill on 27 March. Two other men, aged 18 and 20, were also stabbed during the incident.

Man charged with Amelie murder
A man has been charged with the murder of French student Amelie Delagrange, police have confirmed. Levi Bellfield, 37, from West Drayton, west London, has also been charged with the attempted murders of two other women, as well as charges relating to the attempted abduction and false imprisonment of a fourth woman.
