Release Date Set For Hillsborough Papers
A date has been announced for secret government and police documents on the Hillsborough disaster to be released to the families of those who died.
The Hillsborough Independent Panel, which has examined thousands of papers, is to release them on 12 September.
Ninety-six Liverpool football fans died after a crush on overcrowded terraces in Sheffield on 15 April 1989.
An official inquiry found the main cause was a failure in crowd control by South Yorkshire Police.
In a statement announcing the release date, the panel said it hoped it would "give the bereaved families sufficient time to prepare for the disclosure".
Cherie Blair Critical Of ‘Yummy Mummies’
Cherie Blair has accused Britain's new generation of young women of betraying feminist struggles by wanting to marry rich and retire instead of setting a better example to their children by having their own careers.
During a speech at Fortune magazine's Most Powerful Women event at the five-star Claridge's hotel in London earlier this week, barrister and wife of the former prime minister said that a growing band of so-called "yummy mummies" were happy to put their children first before a satisfying and rewarding career.
"One of the things that worries me now is you see young women who say: 'I look at the sacrifices that women have made and I think why do I need to bother, why can't I just marry a rich husband and retire?' and you think, how can they even imagine that is the way to fulfil yourself, how dangerous it is," she said.
The QC for the prominent Matrix chambers and a mother of four said women were becoming dangerously dependent on men as a result.
Over 18m Watch England Beat Ukraine
England's 1-0 victory over Ukraine on Tuesday evening attracted a five-minute peak of more than 18 million viewers on ITV1, making it the most-watched match of Euro 2012 so far.
ITV1's full coverage of England's final group game, which secured them a place in the quarter finals against Italy on Sunday, averaged 12.69 million viewers, a 50.3% share, between 7pm and 10pm. The match had a five-minute peak of 18.64 million. Live coverage from 7.45pm averaged 16.1 million viewers, a 57% share.
The audience eclipsed the 14.1 million live match average (full coverage averaged 10.96 million, with a peak of 16.25 million) who watched England's second group game, the 3-2 win over Sweden, on BBC1 last Friday.

UK sees 20% increase in multiple births over 10 years
Mothers are having 20% more multiple births than they were a decade ago, according to figures released today by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Statistics have revealed that in 2002, the multiple birth rate was 15 per 1,000 women giving birth, compared with 12.5 in 1992.
