Body Found During Search For Missing Woman
A body has been found during the search for a missing woman, whose boyfriend is being held on suspicion of her murder.
19-year-old Amelia Arnold disappeared from the home she shared with Jack Wall, 22, and their young daughter in Hadrian's Walk, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, on Wednesday.
Mr Wall was arrested on Sunday morning on suspicion of murder after handing himself into police. He is currently being held in custody.
A body was later recovered from undergrowth in woods off Travellers Lane, Hatfield, about 10 miles from the couple’s home.
A formal identification and post-mortem examination are yet to be carried out.
41-year-0ld Joseph Potter, from Sycamore Avenue, Bletchley, Buckinghamshire, who was arrested on Saturday in connection with the investigation, has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
A police spokesperson said Miss Arnold's family had been informed and were being supported by specialist officers.

Missing persons helpline receives cash boost
The National Missing Persons Helpline (NMPH) has announced that it has been saved from insolvency, thanks to emergency funding provided by the Home Office. The Home Office has agreed to provide £300,000 for the charity, which had recently announced that it would be forced to close at the end of this month if it did not receive more financial help.

Natasha's Body Identified
Police have confirmed that a body found in undergrowth near a railway line in Essex is that of missing teenager Natasha Coombs. The 17-year-old had vanished after a night out with friends in Ipswich on July 27. The body was found close to Manningtree Station on Friday, but the identity was only confirmed today.

Recovered Body Confirmed As Missing POlice Officer
Cumbria Police have confirmed that a body found on Tuesday was that of a missing police officer. Police searching for Detective Sergeant George Atkinson, recovered his body in the Cogra Moss area. Mr Atkinson was 46 years old from Springbank, Whitehaven. He was employed as a Detective Sergeant at Cumbria Constabulary, based in west Cumbria.
