EDL Leader 'Utterly Condemns' Attacks On Muslims
The English Defence League “utterly condemns” attacks on Muslims, its leader Tommy Robinson has said.
Robinson was peaking after six men were convicted and jailed for a plot to bomb an EDL rally in West Yorkshire, according to the BBC.
He also denied that his group had anything to do with a fire at an Islamic community centre in London, despite 'EDL' graffiti being painted on the building. He told the broadcaster that this was done to point the finger at the EDL.
Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Today programme, Robinson admitted that his organisations tactics were, "completely questionable" but asked, "What choice do we have as working-class people?"
