Five More Govt Departments Agree Spending Cuts
Chancellor George Osborne and Chief Secretary to the Treasury Danny Alexander have reached agreements on cuts to spending with the Home Office, Department for Rural Affairs, Department for Culture Media and Sport, Scotland, Wales and Law Offices
They join 10 other government departments to reach an agreement with Osborne over cuts ahead of his spending review on June 26.
Defence have yet to make an agreement over concerns about military jobs.
It is also understood that counter terrorism policing are to be protected from any cuts made by the Home Office.

Chancellor George Osborne's stint as a Paralympic medal presenter was marred yesterday when spectators booed his name. Jeering erupted when his name was announced at the 80,000-seater Olympic Stadium, where he was due to present medals to the winners of the men's T38 400m race.
