Woman Suing Ex-Co-Workers Over Lottery Win
A woman is suing her former work colleagues over a share in a Euromillions jackpot, which they won when she was off work with morning sickness.
Ten workers at a recruitment firm in Kirby, Merseyside, shared the £28.8 million top prize in last Tuesdays draw.
31-year-old mother-to-be Louisa Whitby was off with morning sickness on the day of the draw and had not paid into the syndicate, however, her solicitor said she hoped to make a claim for a percentage of the win.
The 10 winners all quit their jobs following the win and have chosen to remain anonymous.
