Woman Dies After Suspected Burglary
A woman has dies hours after a suspected house burglary in Llandudno, Conwy.
According to North Wales Police, the woman, believed to be in her 50s, collapsed at a property in St David's Road following a disturbance at 10.30pm on Sunday.
She was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan, but police said she died in the early hours of this morning (16 September).
A post-mortem examination is to be carried out later to establish the cause of death.
North Wales central coroner John Gittins said he will decide whether an inquest is necessary after that.
Police have arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of burglary.
Superintendent Steve Williams, from North Wales Police, said: "Our inquiries are continuing and I appeal to anyone who was in the vicinity of St David's Road from 11.15pm last night, and may have heard anything or witnessed an incident, to contact police immediately."
He added that officers would also be conducting house-to-house inquiries.
The force said anyone with information could contact 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Simon Morris, 37, from Prestatyn, north Wales had denied trying to kill his girlfriend Nerys Price, 35, as she slept beside him at the couple's home in Prestatyn, north Wales.

Five retired police officers have been arrested as part of an investigation into the murder of a Cardiff prostitute 17 years ago, South Wales police have confirmed. Twenty-year-old Lynette White was found murdered in a flat in the Butetown area of Cardiff on Valentine’s Day, 1988.
