John McCririck has lost his age discrimination case brought against Channel 4.
The 73-year-old racing pundit argued that the broadcaster sacked him last year due to his age. It is a claim Channel 4 has denied.

MSPs Urged To Introduce Deer Cull Legislation
Environmentalists in Scotland have called on MSPs to introduce new legal measures forcing landowners to cull deer, arguing that it is needed to reduce damage to woodland and promote biodiversity.
However, sporting estates and gamekeepers have opposed changes to the current voluntary system of deer management.
Those in favour of an enforced cull argue that the damage caused by deer is the "most pressing conservation issue".
MP Calls For Review Of Welsh Electricity Prices
A Welsh MP has said it is unfair that consumers in Wales are paying more than any other consumers in the UK for electricity.
Ynys Mon MP Albert Owen, is on the energy and climate change committee, has called for a review of the cost of distributing electricity.
The average household bill is currently £503, higher than the UK average of £479.

Severed Deer Head Left At Supermarket Self-Service Till
An investigation has begun after a deer's severed head was left at a self-service checkout in a Tesco store in Essex, police have said. The innards of the animal were also left in an isle of the supermarket on Radwinter Road in Saffron Walden. The incident occurred on 04 June at around 01:20 in the morning.

13 Charged Over Heathrow Runway Protest
Thirteen people have been arrested in connection with a protest held at Heathrow Airport in the early hours of Monday morning. A number of people from a group called Plane Stupid, stormed the northern runway at about 03:30 on Monday. It is understood that the protest was in opposition to the airport's expansion plans.

Staff at the Peterborough headquarters of Perkins, which makes off-highway diesel and gas engines, were evacuated at about 01:30 on Wednesday morning after chemicals where found to be "unstable".
