Work To Resume On 'Bradford Hole'
The construction of a stalled Bradford shopping centre is to resume in January, the developer has said.
The 12-acre building site has been untouched since February 2008, when work stopped due to the financial crisis.
Local residents had named the site the "Bradford hole".
Westfield said it expected the £260m Broadway centre to be open by the winter of 2015, creating 2,500 retail jobs.

One hundred new jobs are to be created in Conwy, Wales.
Student Loans Company (SLC) will begin recruiting additional staff early next year.
SLC is due to take over the work of Student Finance Wales in 2015.
The decision follows a review in 2009 which identified a need to change the way the service was provided in Wales.
Jury Considering Verdict For Saatchi And Lawson Fraud Accused
The jury have been retired to consider their verdict in the case of two sisters accused of defrauding Charles Saatchi and Nigella Lawson.
35-year-old Francesca and 41-year-old Elisabetta Grillo are accused of spending £685,000 on credit cards belonging to the TV cook and her ex-husband.
The sisters deny committing fraud and claim they were authorised to spend the money by Ms Saatchi.

Liberal Democrats to tackle student debt
The Liberal Democrats have promised to remove the fear of debt from university students by scrapping tuition and top-up fees and increase grants for poorer students. The party announced that a Liberal Democrat government would provide grants of up to £2,000 per year to poorer students.

A 19-year-old man has today been jailed for life for murdering a promising young footballer in an attack over a girl. Oliver Kingonzila, 19, a Barnet FC footballer who represented England as a youth, was knifed eight times outside a nightclub.

French Student Murder Accused Remanded
A man charged with the 'horrific' murders of two young French students has appeared in court as two other suspects are still being questioned. Nigel Farmer, 33, of no fixed abode, stands accused of killing Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo, both 23, as well as arson, at a bedsit in Newcross.

£1bn Regional Growth Boost Announced
The UK's £1 billion boost to the Regional Growth Fund announced in the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement last week is expected to enable the fund to support around half a million jobs in total. Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg will visit the North West today where he will set out further details on the boost to fund, which will now be £2.
