Head Teachers Admits Voyeurism Charges

A 47-year-old man has pleaded guilty to three charges of voyeurism after recording equipment was found filming children using a toilet.

47-year-old Gareth Williams, the deputy head teacher of a Cardiff secondary school Ysgol Glantaf, admitted hiding a camera that filmed five children. The incident do not happen at the school where Williams worked.

Williams was remanded in custody to face sentencing on 21 February.

E.coli Could Be Linked To Food At Concert Venue

An outbreak of the potentially fatal E.coli 0157 infection could be linked to food sold at Glasgow's Hydro concert venue, health officials have said.

Seven people have been diagnosed with the infection – one from Glasgow, two from Lanarkshire, three for Lothian and one from Cumbria.

It is now thought that the outbreak could be linked to burgers sold at the venue.

Health officials have asked that anyone who attended the hydro between 17 and 25 January and feels unwell to contact their GP.

Symptoms to look out for include stomach cramps, diarrhoea (often bloody), nausea and fever.

Body Pulled From River Thought To Be Of Missing Man

Police in Newport believe that a body found recovered from the River Usk is that of Ben Caplan.

Mr Caplan (30) has been missing since 07 December. Police searched the river following reports that someone was seen entering it that night.

Formal identification is yet to take place but police have said that they believe that have recovered the body of missing newspaper worker.

UK Troops Get Boost To Personal Protection
British troops fighting in the frontline are to receive new body armour and helmets this autumn, it has been announced. Over 10,000 sets of the enhanced Mark 7 helmet and the Osprey Assault body armour have been ordered from companies across the UK, under initial contracts worth around £16 million.

Third Body Found In Arson Attack Mansion
A third body has been found in the burnt-out mansion of a millionaire businessman. Christopher Foster, 50, his wife Jill, 49, and their 15-year-old daughter Kirstie had not been seen since the arson attack last Tuesday at Osbaston House, a large country estate in Shropshire. West Mercia Police are treating the case as a murder inquiry.

More Tests Due On Body Of MI6 Employee
Further tests are to be carried out on the body of an MI6 worker which was found in a central London flat this week. The body of Gareth Williams, 30, from Anglesey, was found in a large sports bag in the bathroom of the top floor flat in Alderney Street in Pimlico, central London on Monday afternoon.

MI6 Death Mystery Hindered By Human Error
18 months after the naked and decomposing body of an MI6 spy was found locked inside a holdall the police have still not been able to establish how he died. The body of Gareth Williams, a GCHQ codebreaker, was found inside the locked holdall in the bathtub of his Pimlico flat on August 23, 2010.

Mother cleared of killing baby son
A mother who was accused of killing her 15-month son by poisoning him with salt has been cleared of both murder and manslaughter charges at Winchester Crown Court. Marianne Williams, 24, from Wiltshire, had denied killing Joshua, who had been born prematurely and suffered from kidney problems.
