Emergency Services Continue River Tay Search
A search is continuing of the Rover Tay after it was reported on Sunday that a body had been seen in the water.
An investigation was launched at 17.00 after members of the public reported seeing a body in the Perth river.
A joint emergency service search was carried out until 21.30.
The search resumed on Monday morning and is continuing.
Man Admits 'Grossly Offensive' Mikaeel Kular Tweets
A 26-year-old man has admitted posting grossly offensive and racially aggravated comments on Twitter following the disappearance of three-year-old Mikaeel Kular.
Darren Shepstone, of Heanor, Derbyshire, was arrested in January after sending tweets linked to the disappearance of the Edinburgh toddler, who was later found dead.
Shepstone will be sentenced next month.
Court Of Appeal To Hear Prince Of Wales Letters Case
The Court of Appeal is to hear arguments over the release of letters from the Prince of Wales to ministers.
Guardian journalist Rob Evans claims that the Attorney-General Dominic Grieve acted unlawfully by overriding a tribunal decision allowing public disclosure.
In September 2012, a tribunal ruled that the letters could be disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act, however Mr Grieve later issued a certificate to stop publication.

Oil Workers Burn Dismissal Letters As Strikes Continue
Hundreds of sacked oil workers have continued their protest outside the Lindsey Oil Refinery, by burning their dismissal notices in an act of defiance against French oil giants Total. Six hundred and fifty workers were sacked by Total, which runs the facility in North Lincolnshire. They were given until 5.00pm today to reapply for their jobs.

The Prime Minister will host a key summit at Downing Street where he will welcome the progress made by internet service providers, leading search engines and police agencies to better protect children from harmful material online and block child abuse and other illegal content but will warn that there is still more to do.

Missing Boy's Funeral Held Today
A funeral will be held later for a British boy who drowned while cycling on an island in the south of France. 12-year-old Pierre Barnes from Grantham in Lincolnshire vanished on 27 October while cycling on Porquerolles. The boy went missing just hours after arriving for a half-term family holiday.

Life For Gardening Murderer
A gardener has been jailed for life after being found guilty of the murder of 54-year-old Lynda Casey from Coulsdon in Surrey. Ms Casey's body was found by police search teams in an area of Banstead Woods in Surrey known as Great Solom’s Wood on 13 August 2009. A post mortem examination showed she had suffered multiple head injuries.
