Defence Secretary Accused Of Spreading 'Myths And Misinformation'
A vote for Scottish independence would put defence jobs at risk, the Defence Secretary Philip Hammond has said.
The secretary has told defence workers in Glasgow that the UK's shared defence force "provided benefits of scale".
However, SNP defence spokesman Angus Robertson accused Mr Hammond of spreading "myths and misinformation".
In the event of a yes vote in the upcoming referendum, all military bases in Scotland would be retained, the SNP have said.
