Britain Is The New Super-Rich Nation
The Sunday Times has revealed in its Rich List this year Britain is the country with more billionaires with over 100 living within its borders.
This is the first time the British country has reached the milestone.
Currently, 104 billionaires are living into the UK with more than £300bn wealth.
London is also the city with more billionaires per head with 72.
The list is headed by Indian-born brothers Sri and Gopi Hinduja, who have an 11.9bn fortune and run the global conglomerate Hinduja Group which increased their wealth by a £1.3bn in the last year.
Ballymena Bus Company Creates 130 Jobs
Ballymena bus company Wrightbus is creating 130 jobs at the firm's factory which manufactures the chassis, in Antrim.
Around 70 of the new jobs are already available while the rest will be added over next two years.
The company is making a total investment of £14m with more than £10m dedicated to researching and development projects aimed at developing new vehicles for the company's export markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Adams: Arrest Galvanised Sinn Féin Election Campaign
Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has said he believes his arrest over the Jean McConville murder has galvanised his party's election campaign.
After being released without charge, he said the consequences "galvanised the Sinn Féin party and the broader republican family."

Teens Leave School Without Sat Results
Thousands of children will be finishing school today without their Standard Assessment Test (Sat) test results. The American company, Educational Testing Services (ETS), responsible for the marking of the tests, has been accused of serial incompetence. There are reports of schools being sent back unmarked papers, some of which remain unopened.

Staff At North Wales Bus Company Find Company Ceases Overnight
Employees of Western Greyhound in Cornwall have arrived at work this morning to find the company has ceased trading. According to a report by the BBC, around 40 staff arrived for work on Friday morning and found the depot closed.

Dedicated ITV News Channel axed
ITV has announced that following a "strategic review" it is to invest £2 million in its news programming but the axe has fallen on its 24-hour rolling ITV News Channel. The company said that the decision came after a review of the network’s news services as part of an evaluation of the future requirements for ITV news up to 2010 and beyond.
