Walkie-Talkie To Get Permanent Sunshade
A solution has been agreed to stop the sun glare off London's Walkie-Talkie building.
A sunshade is to be permanently attached to the skyscraper that will stop of reflecting sunlight and continuing to damage nearby properties.
Glare from the 37-floor building had previously damaged a number of parled cars and nearby shops.
A "brise soleil" sunshade will now be added to the building, replacing the temperary shade put up last year. Work is expected to begin later this month.
Application Calls For Bristol Rovers Stadium To Be Listed By English Heritage
Bristol Rovers stadium has been described as a "significant heritage site" and should be listed as a war memorial.
A man has submitted an applicantion to English Heritage to the "whole site listed".
The football club has agreed to sell its Memorial Stadium Sainsburys, with a plain to use the money from the sale to fund the development of a new stadium at Frenchay.
However, a two-year legal battle over the supermarkets plans to redevelop the Horfield stadium is still ongoing.
The club will now have to put any plans on hold while English Heritage makes its decision on the listing application.
Fish Banned From Primary School Over Pupils Allergy
Fish has been banned from lunchboxes at a Swindon primary school over a pupils potentially fatal allergy.
The menu at Robert Le Kyng Primary School as one of its pupils suffers from a severe anaphylactic reaction to any contact with fish.
It is understood that some parents have critised the move, arguing that the whole school should not be affected by one child, however, the schools Head has said that the allergy is life-threatening, saying that a "life is at stake if we don't get things right."

Wembley Stadium 'unlikely to open until June 2007'
The opening of the new Wembley Stadium looks set to be delayed until June 2007. The venue had been due to be completed by August 2005, but construction has been hit by a series of delays, which resulted in this year's FA Cup Final being moved to the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

More delays for Wembley Stadium
The completion of the new Wembley Stadium looks likely to be delayed even further, the construction firm working on the project has announced. Australian firm Multiplex said that it did not expect that construction work on the £757 million stadium would be finished until after September.
