Weather Warning Issued For England
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning across the East of England.
Over the next 48 hours, it says persistent rain, which will be heavy at times, poses a risk of localised flooding and travel disruption.
It is thought the areas worst-affected by the weather will be Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and the Humber, where up to 70mm of rain could fall. People are being asked to "be aware" of the conditions.
The Environment Agency (EA) has also warned of a flood risk in the east of England, mainly from surface water and low-lying rivers. It has issued a total of 10 low-level flood alerts in the South East and the Midlands.
