Three Further Arrests Over Dorset Nurse Murder
Three women have been arrested and accused of assisting an offender over the murder of the Dorset nurse Rui Li, whose body was found in a car in Bournemouth on Friday.
The three women from Bournemouth and aged 25, 28 and 65, were detained on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The latest arrests bring the total number of people involved in the investigation to five, after Ms Li's husband Pierre Legris, 60, was charged with her murder last week and his 26-year-old son and Rui's stepson Jonathan Legris was charged with assisting an offender.
The 44-year-old, who died from a blunt force trauma to the head, was discovered concealed in a silver Fiat Punto in Bournemouth, four miles away from her home in Burnham Drive.
Her daughter Lu Yao was the last person who saw her alive on May 23 evening. CCTV footage showed her leaving her work at the Poole Hospital in her Porsche Boxster earlier that day.
The vehicle was found later outside a property in Wolverton Road.
