Cornwall School Closed Following Manhunt
A school in Cornwall has been forced to close as police search for a man wanted in connection with a gun related incident.
Police have released an image of Derrel Weaver, 60, from Higher Widlake Farm in Widegates, and are warning people not to approach him.
He is wanted in connection with a "domestic incident" at a farm at around 9.30pm on Thursday.
Devon & Cornwall police said Trenode Church of England Primary School has been closed as a precaution.
Police are unsure if Mr Weaver is armed.
The manhunt continues.

Deepcut investigation criticised in new report
The Surrey Police investigation into the deaths of recruits at the Deepcut army barracks has been criticised by another police force. Devon and Cornwall Police’s report into the deaths for four recruits at the barracks concluded that Surrey Police narrowed the focus of the inquiry by concentrating too much on suicide as the most likely outcome.

Public schools found guilty of fee fixing
Fifty of England’s top public schools have broken competition law by exchanging information about fees, the Office of Fair Trading has announced. Following an investigation lasting more than two years, the OFT found that pupils’ parents ended up paying higher fees as a result of the information-sharing.

Rugby star arrested following fight
England rugby player Olly Barkley has been arrested by police using CS spray following a fight in which a man suffered a broken jaw. The 24-year-old fly half, who also plays for Bath, was arrested by Devon and Cornwall Police in Newquay on Sunday night. A 19-year-old student from Cardiff and a 23-year-old man from Wadebridge were also arrested.

Teenager's body found at north Cornwall resort
The body of a teenage boy found in the sea at the north Cornwall resort of Polzeath on Tuesday as been identified as George Frewer. The 17-year-old's body was found on Tuesday morning.
