Dangerous Driver Who Killed An Eight-Year-Old Boy Is Jailed Again
A hit-and-run driver who killed an eight-year-old boy in 2006 has been jailed again after admitting to dangerous driving.
Ashley Lindon, 24, who was put behind bars for causing the death of Daniel Conroy Curtin in 2006, has now been sentenced for 18 months after a car chase in Middlesborough on 12 April this year.
Lindon pretended to stop for the police, however he sped away as an officer approached his vehicle.
He drove the Skoda Octavia between bollards and mounted kerbs with speeds of up to 40 mph.
Lindon also had 11 convictions for 22 offences.

Man Jailed Over 2006 Murder

Hotel Balcony Plunge Boy 'Unlawfully Killed'
A six-year-old boy who died in a fall from a hotel balcony in Crete was unlawfully killed, an inquest has ruled. Liam Hogan, from Bristol, died from severe head injuries after falling from the balcony of the room at the Petra Mare Hotel in Ierapetra in August 2006, along with his father, John, and two-year-old sister Mia.

A 16-year-old youth has been sentenced to life imprisonment for murdering the father of a boy he had been bullying. Marcus Gabadan stabbed the 35-year-old man, who cannot be named in order to protect his son, after he confronted him about bullying his son, last December.
