Pedestrians Hit By Ambulance Car
A man and woman are being treated in hospital after being hit by an ambulance car in Cheltenham.
According to reports, the two pedestrians, a 32-year-old woman and 30-year-old man, were hit by the car at about 00:20 on Monday morning as it responded to an emergency.
The A40 was closed for a number of hours following the accident to allow for a forensic examination to be carried out.

Disabled Woman Found Dead In Car
A disabled woman found stabbed to death in her car near her home in Harlow, Essex, has been named. Jennifer Macaree was discovered in Hadley Grange on the outskirts of Harlow early on Saturday. Essex Police confirmed she was in the driver's seat of her black Vauxhall Corsa in a parking area near her flat shortly after 3am.

52-Year-Old Man Killed By Stolen Car In East London
A pedestrian has been killed in east London after being hit by a stolen car, police have reported. According to police the 52-year-old man was walking on Forest Drive, close to Manor park station, when he was hit by a blue Ford Focus on Wednesday.

Two more arrested over attempted car bombings
Police investigating the attempted car bombings in London and Glasgow airport have arrested two more people. Two men, aged 28 and 25, were arrested in the Paisley area, west of Glasgow on Sunday night Five people are still being held in connection with the attacks, but it is believed that at least one suspect remains on the run.

One hundred and twenty British people have returned to the UK from earthquake hit Nepal. More than 5,000 people died after a 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit the country on Saturday. More than 10,000 are said to have been injured.
