Govt Publish Devolved Scottish Power Proposals
The government is to publish a proposal laying out greater powers for the Scottish Parliament.
The paper lays out the proposals made by the three main unionist parties in the lead up to the independence referendum and are understood to contain details of more devolved powers for the Scottish Parliament, including more control over income tax and welfare benefits.
The publication of the proposals is to be followed by an address in the Commons.
Ministers have said that the published proposals should be seen as "a statement of their intent to move forward with devolving further powers to Holyrood."
