Man Dies In Department Store Fall
A man has died after falling from a third-floor escalator in a Debenhams department store on Oxford Street.
According to reports police and ambulance services were called to the central London store at about 18:15 on Wednesday night to reports of a "serious incident".
It is understood the victim, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.
London Ambulance Service said it treated five other people at the store for shock following the incident.
Debenhams said they are continuing to work with the authorities.
