Police Investigate After Woman Dies At Diving Centre
Gloucestershire Police have reported the death of a woman following an "incident" at a diving centre.
It is understood paramedics were called to the National Diving and Activity Centre in Tidenham in the Forest of Dean on Saturday.
A woman was pronounced dead at the scene and a man is currently being treated in hospital after being airlifted in a decompression unit, authorities have said.
Police said the man and woman were diving with a friend, who is a diving instructor, when an "incident" occurred. No more details of what happened have been revealed.
Police added that an investigation is underway and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed.

British Diving Instructor Killed In Bahamas
A British diving instructor has been shot and killed during an armed robbery on his yacht in the Bahamas. Gary Vanhoeck, 51, was shot twice in the head-on board his boat at the Stuart Cove Dive Centre in front of his wife Kathryn, 42, who was tied up by the men. She was not injured during the incident.

Body found in search for missing diver
Police searching for a woman who disappeared while diving in a quarry in north Wales have recovered a body. Police divers had been searching for the woman, who is in her 40s and from Cheshire, since Sunday.

Body Found In River Believed To Be Euan Coulthard
Police searching for missing law student Euan Coulthard have found a body in the River Wear. Specialist diving teams were brought in by Durham police following reports of a body near the riverbank. The 19-year-old student from Bottesford was lats seen in the city centre on 14 January. Durham Police confirmed his family have been informed.

Search continues for missing diver
A search is continuing for a diver missing at Dorothea Quarry, near Caernarfon. The woman, who is believed to be in her 40s and from the Cheshire area, was diving with a male companion on Sunday afternoon when she got into difficulties, becoming entangled in ropes in the water.

Diver dies in incident at Stoney Cove
A man has died in an incident at the National Diving Centre in Stoney Cove. Police were called to the centre around 9:40 am on Sunday morning after receiving reports that a diver had got into difficulty underwater. An RAF rescue team were also called to the centre.
