Insurance Firm Announces Hundreds Of New Jobs Across South Wales
Almost 300 new jobs are to be created across south Wales by insurance firm Admiral.
The company has announced it hopes to recruit 150 in Cardiff, 100 in Swansea and more than 30 in Newport, for positions in its contact centres, IT department and law firms.
Admiral's head of people services, Ceri Assiratti, said: "We're very confident in finding more good quality people to meet our current recruitment needs."

Appeal For Information After Man Is Left Critical In Park Attack
South Wales Police are searching for a number of people in connection with a daytime attack on a 19-year-old man in a park in Cardiff. Police said the victim is in a critical condition in hospital following the attack, which happened on Monday at about 13:45 at Tremorfa park, Cardiff. It is understood the incident involved around 20 people.

Body Of Newborn Baby Found In Cardiff River
Police in Cardiff have reportedly recovered the body of a newborn baby from the River Taff. It is understood that South Wales Police were called to the scene at about 18:00 on Tuesday. The scene has been sealed and an investigation is underway. Police have appealed for information.

South Wales Police have arrested a man on suspicion of murder at a caravan park last Sunday. Conner Marshall (18) died on Thursday from injuries sustained in an attack last weekend. He had been found in a critical condition at Trecco Bay Caravan Park, Porthcawl.
