Sony Create New Jobs In North Wales
Thirty new jobs are to be created in Bridgend county by technology giant Sony.
The company said it is recruiting the additional staff to cope with the demand for its next generation computer.
The extra staff will be taken on at its Pencoed site and will manufacture its new budget-priced Raspberry Pi 2, which will be increasing from 18,000 units to 80,000 per week.

Pontin's To Create 2,000 New Jobs
Holiday camp chain Pontin's has announced it is to create 2,000 new jobs as it redevelops its holiday centres. Owners Ocean Parcs confirmed it will be investing £50 million in its six UK sites. The new posts will include catering, retail and bar staff as well as Blue Coats and will involve a mixture of full time, part time and seasonal positions.

Sony is to create 26 new jobs at its manufacturing base in Bridgend, Wales. In a statement, the firm said the roles would be on the production line and at its UK Technology Centre (UKTEC) in Pencoed.
