Teenager Hit By Police Car Dies From Injuries
A teenage boy hit by a police car in Birmingham on Wednesday night has died in hospital.
Named as 16-year-old Harry Kirkham, he was hit by a patrol car outside a police station in Sutton New Road, Erdington, at about 21:00.
West Midlands Police have confirmed the teenager was with his brother and a friend and had just left a local church. The officer is understood to have been on a routine patrol at the time of the incident.
An full investigation has been launched and the Independent Police Complaints Commission has been informed.

Police killer drunk driver jailed for 14 years
A drunk driver who killed two police officers has been jailed for 14 years on manslaughter charges. Leayon Dudley, 41, from Oakhurst Road in Birmingham, had originally received a life sentence for killing PCs Andrew Munn and Bryan Moore in the accident, which happened in Leicestershire in 2002.

16-Year-Old Critical After Being Hit By Police Car
A teenage boy is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a police car in Erdington area of Birmingham. It is understood the incident happened outside a police station and that the officer driving the car administered "life-saving first aid" until paramedics arrived.

A teenage cyclist has been seriously injured after he was involved in a collision with a police car that was responding to an emergency call. The collision occurred around 10:10pm on December 5 at the junction of Talbot Avenue and Oban Road in the Winton area of Bournemouth.
