Police Appeal For Missing 15-Year-Old
West Yorkshire Police have appealed for help in tracing 15-year-old Umme Habiba Tahir from Bradford.
The teenager was last seen in Bradford city centre at about 17:00 on Tuesday, 18 August.
She is Asian with dark brown hair which was tied up in a bun. She is described as very petite, around 5ft 2ins tall. She was wearing short bright orange shorts, a black vest, and a black and blue body warmer.
She is likely to still be in the Bradford area and is known to frequent the Great Horton Road area, but has recently been staying in Stockport so may attempt to travel by train or bus.
Anyone who sees her, or who has information about her whereabouts is asked to ring Bradford District CID on 101.

Body Parts 'Match' Missing Bradford Woman
Police in West Yorkshire have confirmed that human remains found in the River Aire are those of missing Bradford woman, Suzanne Blamires. The body parts were recovered from the river in Shipley on Tuesday, after being discovered by a member of the public who then reported the find to police.

Four arrested following Beeb's BNP documentary
Four men have been arrested today following the broadcast of a BBC documentary on the British National Party. A 23-year-old Bradford man was arrested in connection with racially aggravated public order offences, and a 35-year-old man and a 40-year-old man, both from Keighley, were arrested in connection with conspiracy to commit damage.

A mother has successfully fought off a man and a woman who attempted to snatch her baby daughter from her pram in Leigh, Greater Manchester. Shortly after 8pm on Sunday 12 August 2007, the 30-year-old mother was pushing a pram with her four-month-old daughter along Wigan Road, close to the Hulme Road junction.
