Police Renew Appeal For Information On Leeds Body Find
Police in Leeds have renewed an appeal for information following the discovery of a man's body in Burley Park on Saturday.
Waldek Mural (57) died of multiple injuries, police said.
Two men arrested on suspicion of murder have been released without charge.
Senior Investigating Officer, Chief Inspector Jim Dunkerley of the Homicide and Major Enquiry team said: "We continue to appeal to anyone who believes they saw Mr Mural in the 12 hour period before his body was found in Burley Park to come forward. We know he was in the Town Street area of Armley the evening before and would urge anyone who was in that area to cast their minds back on whether they saw Mr Mural. We are also keen to hear from anyone who believes they saw him or who noticed any suspicious behaviour in the vicinity of Burley Park.
"Any information, no matter how small it may seem in isolation, could be vital in helping us to trace Mr Mural's last movements. Information can either be passed directly to the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team via 101 or anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
